Our team’s on-demand production facility accommodates both arc- and laser technology platforms allowing different build up strategies including:
· Laser cladding through powder or wire feed (LMD or DED)
· Arc welding (CMT) solid or powder filled
· Laser welding
· Hybrid welding (laser + arc)
The HAMMER production cell is equipped with a 1.1-meter-long laser cladding head for internal diameter cladding which allows surfacing of pipes as narrow as 7.62 cm diameter and up to a maximum length of 2.2 meters.
